1. What Is your Shipping Policy?
Please keep in mind that all products are handmade. Special made orders can be delayed at least 5 days depending on the order.
 Please allow up 3-4 days for order processing before shipping. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided within your order. 
Due to Covid-19 we have been experiencing some delays with shipping. Unfortunately once orders have been shipped your package is now out of our control and the post office is now responsible. If you experience extreme delays with your package please do not hesitate to email us at admin@jpessentials.com so that we can assist you the best we can. 
2.What if I experience an allergic reaction?
Allergic Reactions - Although our products are all natural, allergic reactions can still occur. If any irritation occurs please stop use immediately.  Please send us an email at admin@jpessentials.com regarding your situation and we will gladly allow you change your product or provide you a refund. 
3. what is your refund policy?
Refunds- If any issues arise, please email us at admin@jpessentials.com so that we can solve any issue you may have. In worst case scenarios, a refund will be provided with the original form of payment.  
4. when should I expect to receive my order?
You should receive your order within 3-7 business days but please keep in mind the day that you actually place your order.  
5.I received my order damaged
Damaged Packages- It has come to our attention that our packages have not been handled with the proper care by the postal office. We are working constantly to improve of shipping/packaging to ensure the safety of your order. If your package is received damaged please send an email to us at admin@jpessentials.com with photos within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will resolve your issue from there.
